Step into the park, throw on some gloves, and meet people who punch with purpose. Gloves On, Guards Down is a free outdoor boxing social where students come together to learn the basics from pad work and shadow boxing to footwork drills and fun challenges. No experience needed, just energy and good vibes.

Whether you’re trying boxing for the first time or just want to get active and meet new people, this is your chance to move, laugh, and connect. Expect music, mini competitions, and a whole lot of energy. Open to all MMU students and locals just bring comfortable clothes and we’ll handle the rest.
