Welcome to Linkar’s Terms and Conditions of Use (these “Terms”). These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Linkar Ltd (“Linkar,” “we,” or “us”) and govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “App”). Please review these Terms carefully. By accessing, viewing, or using the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to abide by them.

Linkar Rules

To use Linkar, you must:

1. Be at least 16 years old.
2. Be legally permitted to use the App under the laws of your home country.

Account Creation and Termination

To access Linkar’s features, you must register for an account (“Account”). You may delete your Account at any time by navigating to the ‘Settings’ section in the App. Note that while your Account will be deactivated immediately, some of Your Content may remain on our servers for a short period in line with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your Account at any time without prior notice if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• You engage in behaviour deemed inappropriate, harmful, or unlawful—whether online or offline.
• We determine, at our sole discretion, that your actions may negatively impact other users or the Linkar community.

Types of Content on Linkar

There are three categories of content you will encounter on Linkar:

1. Your Content: Content you upload or share, such as profile information, reviews, and messages.
2. User Content: Content shared by other users, such as profiles, reviews, and shared experiences.
3. Our Content: Content created by Linkar, including designs, databases, software, and branding.

Prohibited Content

Linkar is committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. You are prohibited from sharing content that:

• Is offensive, discriminatory, abusive, or harassing.
• Promotes illegal activities, violence, or hate speech.
• Includes defamatory, libellous, or obscene material.
• Contains spyware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Involves spam, scams, or solicitation for commercial purposes.
• Misrepresents your identity or impersonates others.

Linkar enforces a zero-tolerance policy for such content and reserves the right to remove it without notice.

Features and Responsibilities

Match & Messaging Features

The App allows you to connect with others based on shared interests and task requirements through our matching and messaging features. All communication must adhere to these Terms. Misuse of messaging or inappropriate conduct may result in suspension or termination of your Account.

Reviews

Linkar includes a review system to foster trust and transparency.

• Leave Honest Feedback: Reviews help users make informed decisions and maintain community standards.
• Respect Others: Offensive, defamatory, or false reviews are prohibited and may be removed at our discretion.

Poster and Provider Roles

Linkar facilitates connections between Posters (those requesting tasks) and Providers (those offering assistance). Both parties agree to:

• Use the App respectfully and responsibly.
• Clearly communicate expectations and task details.
• Abide by all applicable laws and these Terms when interacting.

Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using Linkar, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Safety and Responsibility

Online and Offline Interactions

While Linkar provides tools to facilitate connections, users are solely responsible for their interactions. Linkar does not conduct background checks or verify user information but reserves the right to do so where legally permissible.

• Be Cautious: Exercise good judgment when interacting with others.
• Report Issues: Use the in-app reporting tools to flag inappropriate behaviour or content.

Liability Disclaimer

Linkar is not liable for any harm, loss, or damages arising from user interactions, whether online or offline.

Push Notifications and Location Features

By enabling notifications and location services, you agree to receive alerts related to Linkar’s services. These may include updates, promotions, and opportunities based on your location. You can manage these settings through your device. Disabling location services may limit certain features of the App.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on Linkar, including text, images, software, and branding, belongs to Linkar or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this content solely for personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited uses include:

• Copying, modifying, or distributing Linkar’s content without permission.
• Scraping, decompiling, or reverse-engineering any part of the App.

Limitation of Liability

Linkar provides the App “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkar disclaims all liability for:

• Errors or interruptions in service.
• Losses resulting from user interactions or reliance on the App.
• Damage to devices caused by the use of the App.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Linkar harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

1. Your use of the App.
2. Your breach of these Terms.
3. Your interactions with other users.

Changes to the Terms

Linkar may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
